He was under water. When the balls came out of the water they were no longer there.<br /><br />That is a energy ball dragging animation movement. I made it so the frame leaves a "trail" of where the ball was in the last frame. Kind of like the blurred fast punches where it leaves a visual trail of where the arm or leg was before. It was kind of like that in the anime but more like the ball turned ovaly as it was in motion like something was pulling on it, but you can't really tell from the gif I made. Not only that but the guy that made Sonic Battle is a beast HEX editor. He changed the EXE so much that you can pick a character and then pick a skin. If I were to add skins they would take another slot in the character list. Some little fighter mods are getting used to it now(Sonic Gather Battle, Naruto Shippuden New Age and a new one from tokyo ghoul that my friend will do).
